Sixty-six-year-old Rodney Rogers from Greenfield used a power saw to cut a house in half after finding out that it was not going to be sold to him. He lived in the Highland County home as it was being built thinking that it would be his as soon as it was completed. When the owner refused to complete the sale, Rogers cut all the way around the house at about chest level and the only thing that kept it in place was gravity. He is to appear in court on Thursday. The value of the damage has not been estimated.
