Ricky Labit, 6-foot-3 and 277 pounds, says he and a companion were billed roughly double the buffet price for two adults at the Manchuria Restaurant in Houma, Louisiana because they ate too much and made a habit of dining exclusively on the more expensive seafood dishes. Police were called in because the two had a heated argument with the staff. However, a police report states “The incident was settled when the management advised that the bill was a mistake and, to appease Ricky, the meal was complimentary." Labit said he insisted on paying but was told not to come back.
