Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime told the New York Times that a new service will soon allow US Nintendo DS owners to download games through their Wii game console. According to the New York Times, “Mr. Fils-Amie said that future DS device will be more tightly integrated with its Wii console. Complete games as well as game samplers will be able to be downloaded into the Wii using its broadband connection, and then transferred wirelessly to the DS.” Professor Layton, the upcoming DS puzzle-solving game, can be upgraded with new puzzles transmitted to the DS through a wireless download.
