North Korea missed its deadline to report details of its nuclear program. A deal reached February required NoKor to provide by midnight Monday technical information about its October 2006 nuclear bomb test and a complete inventory of its nuclear program. State Department spokesman Tom Casey said the delay was caused by disagreement on how much detail was required. North Korea has complied with part of the deal - the shut down of the Yongbyon nuclear compound. US experts supervised the disabling of a nuclear reactor, a plant that makes nuclear fuel rods and another that reprocesses fuel rods for plutonium.
