Daryl Hill from Cookeville, Tennessee wants to know why an MP3 video player he bought at a Wal-Mart was preloaded with pornography clips and explicit songs. He says he bought three players for his children for Christmas and the controversial unit went to his 10-year-old daughter. A spokesman for Wal-Mart said that their stores are not supposed to return opened packages to the sales floor and that the matter was under investigation. Wal-Mart offered to replace the child’s player but the father refused and said that he will be holding on to the unit until he speaks to a lawyer.
