On Monday, West Virginia investigators confirmed that a body found on Friday is that of the 21-year-old Leah Hickman. The body was found in a crawl space located in the laundry room of her building. She was reported missing on December 14. Authorities refuse to say how the Marshall University student died but they have revealed that the case is now being investigated as a homicide. Police said her phone is missing but the rest of her belongings, including her keys, purse, car, and luggage she had packed for a trip to her parents’ home, were found in her apartment.
