MANDATORY EVACUATIONS ORDERED FOR FALLBROOK AND VALLEY CENTER. The fires in San Diego have expanded and we have new information on evacuations. The fire is spreading; parts of Escondido, Lakeside, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo and part of Ramona have been or may be evacuated.
