MANDATORY EVACUATIONS ORDERED FOR FALLBROOK AND VALLEY CENTER. The fires in San Diego have expanded and we have new information on evacuations. The fire is spreading; parts of Escondido, Lakeside, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo and part of Ramona have been or may be evacuated. Additionally, the San Diego Humane Society is helping with evacuations of animals including livestock. If you need help and cannot accommodate your needs for your animals, call (619) 236-4250. If you have space for emergency corrals in a stable area, please call: (619) 299-7012. In addition, the Del Mar Fairgrounds are at capacity.

Look at the expanded coverage. This is NOT a San Diego news service, so we are getting the information that we can.

It's hard to believe so little information is available on evacuation areas & the changes to them. [Editor: At the time the evacuation areas was not being updated, some never actually were updated.]
