The fires in San Diego County have spread over a massive area. Currently San Diego has instituted massive mandatory evacuations, including a single mandatory evacuation for anyone living between the four freeways: Interstate 5, Highway 78, Interstate 15 and Highway 56.
CURRENTLY THE AUTHORITIES ARE ASKING ALL RESIDENTS TO STAY OFF THEIR CELL PHONES, KEEPING THE LINES OPEN FOR EMERGENCIES.
Over a quarter million people have already been ordered to evacuate their homes. The situation is still deteriorating. Please listen to the radio or local news to listen for evacuation orders if you are in the Greater San Diego area.

If there was a vry poor rating, it would be more appropriate. None of the three stories contain any detailed information that could be used to assist a resident's decision to evacuate.
